I love using this collagen in the morning.  Swipe to see my chocolate cherry overnight oats that I put it in - it's easy to mix in without getting clumpy.  You might know about the benefits for skin and joints but did you know the glycine and glutamate in collagen can help maintain a healthy gut barrier? First post baby 5k 😃✌️Also the closest I've been to flying in several years and I am not ok 🥺 Greensboro and the Triad area of NC, Denver CO, and Charleston SC are the 3 markets where Chick-fil-A is currently testing its new cauliflower sandwich.  I'm a big fan of cauliflower, but to me this was a miss.  When you're craving the juicy, tender, spicy chicken that Chick-fil-A offers, there can really be no proper substitute!  This definitely does not taste like chicken like some have claimed, and it smells like cauliflower (duh).
