Sleep is such a precious commodity, isn’t it? Never is that more apparent than when it’s elusive and you just can’t seem to get a good night’s rest. The past few months I have been waking up multiple times each night and feeling pretty drained without being able to get good quality sleep.
I’ve tried various natural sleep aids without much success, but finally landed on tart cherry juice. It contains a natural melatonin compound which helps to regulate sleep.
