Join These High-Paying Focus Groups Today!

This week, I have curated some interesting studies that I hope will be beneficial for those of you looking to earn extra income from home. In this semi-monthly side hustle post, I include my referral links. This ensures that I receive credit if you complete a research study or focus group. Your support in listing my name and email (Emily Adams/aimeili7@gmail.com) as your referral is greatly appreciated.

Getting Started with Focus Groups

If you are new to focus groups, I recommend setting a goal for yourself to apply to a specific number of studies each day. It may take some time to qualify, and many studies can fill up quickly. Personally, I aim to take at least 10 focus group screeners per day across the platforms I am registered with. Please be aware that some companies, such as Respondent, may require ID verification for participation, which is standard practice. Other companies might call you to verify screening questions before confirming your participation in a study—this is a good sign and often means you will receive compensation promptly.

Respondent Screeners

(Note: You can complete up to 5 screeners per day, so I recommend maximizing this limit. My first qualification with them took about 3-4 weeks, but they offer competitive pay and are a reputable organization.)

Additional Opportunities

  • Watch Me Think: Although they do not list available studies, signing up will ensure you receive notifications for relevant studies via email. My experiences have predominantly involved research related to food. Sign up here for access.
  • DScout: This app-based platform offers daily screeners that appear after profile completion. Make sure to pay attention to EXPRESS missions, which are quick and well-compensated. Payment is made via PayPal, typically on a 7-day cycle post-completion.
  • Prolific: Although not a substantial income generator, this platform primarily offers shorter (under 60-minute) academic studies, and you can withdraw funds at a low threshold of $6. I manage to earn at least $6 each day, with availability often exceeding my one-hour daily commitment. Register here.
  • Cloud Connect: Similar to Prolific, it features short research studies and allows cashing out to PayPal at $5 or lower amounts for gift cards. Apply here.
  • Stack Influence: While not a money-making opportunity, if you have at least 100 followers on Instagram, you can select up to 3 free products, provide a simple photo or video holding the product in your content, and receive a full PayPal reimbursement for the items. Sign up here.
  • Drive Research: This new platform has proven to be efficient and straightforward. I participated in a study where I received free dishwasher pods and was compensated $40 for my feedback. Apply here.

I welcome your feedback on these opportunities and would love to hear if there are other topics you are interested in exploring. Later this month, I will share more insights on mystery shopping and other freelancing opportunities within the tech space.

Thank you for your time!
