Snowed in? Short on time? Don’t like going to the gym? Today I’m sharing a high-intensity interval workout you can do anywhere; you don’t need a lot of time to get some activity in each day! My husband Gabe was kind enough to demo all the moves for this workout. You’ll do each exercise 3 times (20 seconds on, 20 seconds off) so with 6 total exercises, you will be done in just 12 minutes! I like using the Tabata Timer to keep track of the intervals. Let me know what you think in the comments. Were the moves too easy, just right, or too challenging?
