Biohack Your Sleep With The 10-3-2-1-0 Rule

I was recently listening to the Ben Greenfield podcast and he was sharing about this sleep strategy.  Seems to make a lot of sense!  I struggle with eating too close to when I’m going to sleep and with screen time as well.   Going to give this a shot for the next week or so and see how it goes.  What do you think?  Have you ever tried this?

  1. I’ve never heard of this method before. I’m good on the 10 and the 3 because I rarely drink caffeine and I’m done eating around 5 hours before I go to bed. I am guilty of being on screens (and sometimes working) right up until bedtime though! x
